SUMMARY
Informal rustic style wedding marquee for 120 guests in gorgeous garden setting with Oxfordshire countryside views.
Whilst every event is bespoke, our case studies provide a guide to the marquee hire process. Starting with the brief, we consider your creative vision and the practical requirements to provide a design that looks beautiful and can be successfully delivered within budget. Outdoor events are often collaborative, so we also outline the services provided by the client or other suppliers.
TO DISCUSS YOUR EVENT
Our friendly team are here to help answer questions about how a marquee can work for your forthcoming wedding or event.
THE BRIEF
Our client required a rustic, informal wedding marquee for 120 dining guests in a garden setting with lovely views over the Oxfordshire countryside.
Styling was to include rustic style lighting and furniture, with a separate pavilion for soft seating. Also required was a catering area, power and loos.
THE PLANS
We designed a 9m x 33m marquee, which incorporated a catering area. Special features included a clear roof section over the bar and dance floor, and banquet style dining at rustic trestle tables.
Atmospheric lighting, including vintage pendant drop lights, festoon and up lighters completed the overall look.
THE BUILD
Festoon lighting hung from giant shepherd crooks was also used outside the marquee to illuminate the outdoor space.
Due to limited access, we arranged with the client to get the fridge trailer in position prior to the marquee build starting to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day.
