ABOUT MARQUEES AND PAVILIONS
EXPERIENCED MARQUEE HIRE COMPANY
Established in 2002, Marquees & Pavilions are a supplier of high quality marquees for weddings and parties in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon area.
We provide a complete venue for your outdoor event to include not only the marquee, interior lining and furniture but also lighting, heating, generator and loos.
“The Marquees and Pavilions service was faultless. They arrived on time and worked incredibly hard to set up our beautiful wedding marquee. The team were not only good at their jobs but were helpful, polite and accommodating too.”
WHY USE US
We have many years of experience and well trained staff. As members of MUTA, we follow their industry-leading Best Practice Guide and submit to annual independent inspection.
After establishing your requirements, we place great emphasis on the planning stage. We will produce detailed marquee drawings and plans with consideration to your brief, venue constraints, build schedule and logistics. We agree this information with you and share it with our installation team, and any other contractors, to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Our programme of continuous reinvestment ensures the quality and safety of our equipment. Our long standing installation team are often praised for their courtesy, conscientiousness and attention to detail.
We are a favourite of brides, wedding venues and event managers. So whether you are planning your wedding day, celebrating a special occasion, organising a ball or a simple garden party we can be relied upon to provide good advice and high-quality equipment.
WHY USE A FRAME MARQUEE
In todays outdoor event market there are many options. With their robust aluminium construction, frame marquees are designed to cope with the worst of the British weather, be it a heavy summer downpour or a freezing winter night.
Frame marquees are modular, appropriate for a small family gathering to a large charity ball, and versatile enough to be reconfigured should your requirements change.
They can easily be connected to buildings, walkways and other marquees. A standard 2.3m eave/leg height can be increased to 3m where required. A frame marquee can have clear roofs, glazed windows and French doors. Flooring options include the ability to level and raise the floor up to 2m above ground.
With no guy ropes or internal poles, the clear span design has no interior layout restrictions. This provides the option of internal partitions to create separate rooms or one large open plan space. Frame marquees are by far the most popular structures for outdoor events and offer the widest range of interior options. Interior linings and drapes come in a range of styles and colours, and there is a huge range of lighting options.
A GUIDE TO OUR PROCESS
Upon receiving your enquiry we will email a guideline quotation and example floor plan. This initial document is intended to give you an idea of the equipment you will need for your event and the associated costs.
Should you wish to proceed we will arrange a site visit to discuss your brief in more depth and survey the site. With this information we can produce a more detailed quotation. There is no charge for this service.
Working with you, we will continue to develop the drawings and specification until you are happy. At this point we will produce an order confirmation agreement and your booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit invoice.
You can continue to amend your specification as your plans develop and subject to availability.
Eight weeks prior to your event date we will contact you to double check specification and high light any potential issues. Following this, we will agree set-up and de-rig dates and liaise with other contractors where necessary.
